Before your day, the physician evaluates your case —virtual or in person, your choice— to design your experience and confirm what's appropriate for you.

On the day of your visit, a consultation with the medical team and your Essencia Scan functional assessment: the snapshot of your wellbeing that fine-tunes the rest of the day.

The experience day takes place in person at our Nicoya clinic. The prior evaluation happens however you prefer —virtual from wherever you are, or in person— and we coordinate your date with you in advance.
Before you begin
Is this just a spa pass?
No. It starts with a medical evaluation, and includes a consultation with the team, your functional assessment and a personalized IV therapy. The setting is wellness; the structure is medical.
How long does it take?
It's a half-day experience, around four hours, plus a prior evaluation you complete beforehand — virtual or in person.
Do I have to commit to a program?
No. Essencia Immersion is a complete experience on its own. If you want to continue with us later, we'll talk it through calmly at your closing session — it isn't a requirement.
Can I experience it with someone else?
Yes. Individually or in groups of up to four people, each with their own plan for the day.
