Entry program · one day

Day Pass

One day to organize your body’s signals and leave with a clear next step.

Day Pass is a focused functional evaluation for people who need clarity before starting a longer program. We bring together your history, symptoms, background and available studies to identify clinical priorities and outline an initial plan according to individual medical judgment.

Who it's for

Day Pass

It may be a useful starting point when symptoms have accumulated, answers feel fragmented or you want an integrated second look before deciding what to do next.

  • Fatigue, brain fog or changes in energy without a complete explanation.

  • Digestive, hormonal or metabolic symptoms that appear together.

  • A wish to understand risks and act preventively.

  • Limited time in Costa Rica and a need for a focused clinical evaluation.

  • Interest in determining whether an Essencia Azul protocol fits your case.

  • Willingness to share previous studies and participate actively in the plan.

Approach

Medicine with context and clear priorities

The visit does not replace a complete diagnostic process or promise to solve in one day what developed over years. Its value is integrating information and establishing safe priorities.

  • Preparation

We review forms, background and available studies before your visit.

  • Clinical evaluation

The consultation explores symptoms, habits, metabolic context and personal goals.

  • Initial map

You receive an integrated explanation of findings and studies that may be appropriate.

  • Follow-up plan

We define initial actions and, when relevant, the best program or follow-up route.

How it works

Your day, step by step

The order may vary according to your case and clinical availability.

  1. Send your background and studies before the appointment.

  2. Attend the in-person functional medical evaluation in Nicoya.

  3. Review priorities, possible additional studies and available options.

  4. Leave with initial recommendations and a follow-up route.

Frequently asked questions

Before you begin

Does Day Pass include every lab test?

Not necessarily. We review the studies you already have and the team may recommend additional tests according to individual medical judgment. Costs and timing are confirmed beforehand.

Can I do it if I live outside Costa Rica?

Yes. Preparation can happen remotely and the clinical day takes place in person in Nicoya. We coordinate timing before your trip.

Will I leave with a final diagnosis?

A final diagnosis cannot be guaranteed in a single day. The goal is to integrate available information, identify priorities and define the next steps.

How do I know whether I need a longer program?

The recommendation is made after evaluation, based on your findings, goals and availability.
